Standard Fee Schedules

FDRP

15 min phone consultation – no charge.

A financial/property settlement plan requires a minimum of two individual intakes:

45–90 mins – $150 per party

A parenting plan requires a minimum of one individual intake:

45–90 mins – $150 per party

Mediation:

2 hrs – $1200
4 hrs – $2400
6 hrs – $3600

Overtime: 30 mins – $200
Drafting agreement – $300
If required – issuing Section 60I certificate – $300

Attempt to invite for mediation (up to 3 attempts including written) with no response:

Issue of Section 60I certificate – $500

Emailing/phone calls – no charge

Fees invoiced 7 days prior.
Parties to pay equal share of total fees.
Cancellation fees apply.
All fees payable 48 hours prior to intakes or mediation.
GST not included in fees.

All mediations are held via Zoom unless otherwise assessed for in-person.

Additional charge for in-person mediation and travel – $550.

Parenting Coordination

15 min phone consultation – no charge

Initial intake

Initial intake – 60 mins – $150 per party

Joint monthly review with agenda

60 mins – $300 (each party to pay $150)

Overtime charge

per 30 mins – $150

Minimum one individual consultation prior to monthly review (per party):

30 mins – $75
60 mins – $150

Prices include email communication oversight (CC’d) and strictly 10 min phone support between monthly reviews during business hours.

Joint consult outside of monthly review:

60 mins – $300 (each party to pay $150)

Emergency out-of-hours consultation (weekends, public holidays, 6pm–8am):

15 mins – $50
30 mins – $100
60 mins – $200

Child Inclusive Mediation – Child Consultant

15 min phone consultation – no charge.

Child interview:

Sibling – 60 mins – $220
Individual – 60 mins per child – $150

Child consultant mediation feedback:

First & second hour – $500 per hour
Additional hours – $300 per hour

Additional charge for in-person mediation/travel – $500

Emailing/phone calls – no charge

Mediation feedback held via Zoom or in person as recommended.

Interviews are held via Zoom unless otherwise assessed.
(Children aged 5–13 must attend in person.)
