All Mediation session fees include a written Final Agreement form to be signed by both parties/mediator

All fees must be paid in advance a full 48 hours prior to premeditation consultation, joint sessions or conflict coaching sessions. If payment is not received in full by either of the parties or individual the session will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be invoiced to individuals and all parties at 50% of total cost of session booking.

Cancellations of sessions within a 24 hour period, all individual sessions or parties in joint sessions will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost of session.

Rescheduling of sessions must be done in writing 48 hours prior to scheduled session time by an individual or party and a new date must be agreed.

Reschedule request of sessions by individual or party after payment is processed is allowed prior to 24 hour period of scheduled booking with an agreed new time without cancellation fee being imposed.Payments are non-refundable.

Mediator reserves the right to cancel a mediation session or conflict coaching session at any time. If Mediator cancels session after payment a full refund can be attained by individuals or parties.

Mediator reserves the right to reschedule bookings up to 24 hours prior to booking.

Mediator reserves the right to cancel at their own discretion during any pre mediation consultation, meditation session or conflict coaching session without issuing a refund. This may be due to violence and breach of safety of individuals or parties or mediator.
